Are there any proud moments in your fitness journey?

I am proud to be able to progress in my lower body lifting weight and find joy in it! I expected my fitness journey to take me a long time to get into / good at.

What is something that makes Frankie’s training practice stand out to you?

The general sense that Frankie genuinely cares about intentional learning and process/progress and personal reflection, plus your wonderful personality!!!! xo
